We were delighted to host a joint session with the relAI Konrad Zuse School of Excellence. Our PhD student Emil Partow gave an insightful presentation on how AI agents can become research companions, based on the open-source tool and taxonomy by Prof. Sebastian Pokutta et al.
The discussion that followed was lively and thought-provoking, questioning how our own role as researchers will evolve as AI tools become more capable, and how to ensure scientific integrity and guardrails along the way.
